Transparent fees for defined deliverables
All amounts are in South African Rand (ZAR), exclude VAT unless your invoice requires it, and are informational — your quote may adjust for table count or access constraints.
Schema design review

Rush delivery (five business days): +25% on the band above. Deposit: 40% to hold calendar.
SQL performance review
R 19 800 per bundle of up to twenty-five queries with one summary call. Additional bundles of ten queries: R 7 200. Read-only replica access speeds review; if only logs are available, add two business days.
Migration readiness
From R 32 000 for single-instance upgrades with fewer than fifty stored routines. Multi-region or sharded topologies quoted after a thirty-minute scoping call (no charge).
Advisory retainer
Some teams keep four hours per month for plan review office hours: R 6 400 / month, three-month minimum. Unused hours do not roll over. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling for fixed engagements.

- Whether diagrams exist or must be reconstructed from dumps

- Travel for on-site workshops outside the Cape Town metro
We do not charge per seat or sell subscription software. Payment is invoice-based (EFT); card collection is not offered on this site.
